His twenty year career in Management and Industrial Engineering for an international corporation provided in-the-trenches skills spanning multiple disciplines.
His years as an educator (graduate and undergrad) make him the consummate teacher and coach he is today. Teaching keeps him current and able to deliver what you need to know NOW with precision.

When not speaking and consulting, Steve indulges his passion for home-town Kansas City sports teams. He's an avid WWII buff who's enjoyed visiting the historical locales recorded in American and European history. His passion for strategy is carried from sports, to military engagement to Investing and the Stock Market. Life is his ultimate game and he loves to win!
